any improvement in Google rankings or search visibility
any increase in leads, customers, or revenue
that reviews will remain visible on Google or other platforms
Third-party platforms such as Google operate independently and may modify, remove, filter, or reorder reviews at their discretion.
We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
By using the Services, you agree that:
all information you provide is accurate and current
you have the legal right to provide any customer data or contact information used within the platform
you have obtained all necessary consent to send SMS, email, or other communications to recipients
you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
you are responsible for the timing, frequency, and recipients of any messages sent through the Services
We provide software and automation tools only. We do not provide legal compliance services.
5. SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Services, you authorize First Response Reviews to send review requests or related communications on your behalf using the contact information you provide.
You represent and warrant that:
recipients have given proper consent where required
recipients have not opted out of receiving communications
communications comply with all applicable messaging and marketing laws
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP when supported by the messaging provider.

You are solely responsible for the customer contact data you upload, sync, or provide to the Services.
You confirm that all such data was collected lawfully and that you have permission to use it for the purposes directed.
We do not independently verify whether customer contact data was obtained lawfully and rely entirely on the representations of our clients.
7. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You may be required to create an account to access the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. FEES AND PAYMENT

11. CLIENT CONTENT AND MARKETING USE
You retain ownership of your business name, branding, and materials provided to us.
By using the Services, you grant us permission to use your submitted materials solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Unless you request otherwise, you also grant permission for us to reference your business name, logo, publicly available reviews, or general results in case studies or marketing materials.

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

19. INDEMNIFICATION

your failure to obtain required consent
your violation of privacy, marketing, or telecommunications laws

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute related to the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except where small-claims court jurisdiction applies.
